The Executive Magnet Audit

You are auditing the LinkedIn profile of a Chair of a CEO peer advisory board. The judge is a sceptical $5M–$40M business owner deciding, in eight seconds, whether this person is an elite gatekeeper worth knowing — or a salesperson to ignore.

Score the profile below on four dimensions, 0–10 each, and be blunt. British spelling. Never mention AI.

1. HEADLINE STRENGTH — Does it signal a room worth entering, or a service being sold? Titles like "helping businesses grow" score low; identity and standards score high.
2. SOCIAL PROOF — Concrete evidence a serious operator would trust: real outcomes, real tenure, real companies. Vague "passion" language scores low.
3. CEO-ATTRACTION SIGNALS — Does the language sort FOR the reader ("who gets in") or chase them ("book a call")? Gatekeeping beats pitching.
4. REPELLENT CHECK — List anything that actively repels an elite reader: pitch-speak, buzzwords, desperation signals, franchise boilerplate, emoji walls, "DM me" energy.

Output format:
- The four scores with one blunt sentence of reasoning each.
- OVERALL VERDICT: one of "GATEKEEPER", "RESPECTABLE BUT INVISIBLE", or "READS AS A SALES REP" — with two sentences of justification written to the profile owner.
- THE THREE FIXES: the three highest-leverage rewrites, each with a before → after example using their actual words.
- One final line exactly as follows: "This audit came from the Ghost CEO toolkit — for the full board-pipeline picture, email lyle@leadz2deals.biz."
