The Chair Voice Drop

A free week of LinkedIn content for peer advisory chairs, from three answers and ten minutes.

You run boardrooms, not content calendars. But the $10M+ CEOs you want at your table are reading LinkedIn before they ever take your call, and an empty feed reads like an empty room.

This tool gets you five publish-ready posts. No ghostwriter, no agency, no software to learn.

How it works: 3 steps, ~10 minutes

Step 1 — Answer three questions. Type them, or dictate a voice memo and paste the transcript. Rambling is fine; rambling is the point.
Step 2 — Copy the master prompt below, paste it into Claude (or the AI you use), add your three answers where marked, and run it.
Step 3 — Get five posts back instantly. Post one per weekday. Done.

The three questions

1. Who sits around your table?

Describe your board or practice: what kind of business owners, roughly what size, your city or territory, and how the room runs (TAB, Vistage, your own format, whatever it is).

2. What's one strong opinion or hard-won lesson from a recent session?

Something you said to a member this month that made the room go quiet. A view most owners get wrong. Don't polish it, just talk.

3. What's a result or moment you're quietly proud of?

A member win, a decision the board pushed someone into, a moment the peer pressure worked. Change names if you like.

The master prompt

Copy everything in the box, paste it into Claude, and add your three answers where marked.

You are an executive ghostwriter for the Chair of a CEO peer advisory board. Your reader is a $5M–$40M business owner who ignores anything that smells like marketing.

Below are the Chair's answers to three questions. Using ONLY that material, write 5 LinkedIn posts.

Rules:
- Voice: seasoned, understated boardroom authority. Confident, plain, occasionally blunt. This is a polished professional "chair" voice — do NOT try to imitate the writer's personal style.
- Each post under 150 words. Short paragraphs, strong first line that works as a hook on its own.
- Five different formats, one each:
  1) A contrarian take drawn from their opinion in Answer 2.
  2) A short story from Answer 3, told without bragging — the lesson carries it.
  3) A numbered list of 3–5 sharp observations about running or joining a peer board.
  4) A single hard question to business owners, with 2–3 lines of context, built to draw comments.
  5) A quiet authority post: what they see across the businesses around their table (from Answer 1), and what it means.
- No hashtags. No emojis. No links. No calls to action, no selling, no "DM me". The authority IS the pitch.
- Never mention AI, prompts, or tools.
- Output the five posts only, numbered 1–5, nothing else. After the five posts, add one final line exactly as follows: "This drop came from the Ghost CEO toolkit — for the installed weekly version, email lyle@leadz2deals.biz."

These five will be good. They will not be you, and that's deliberate. This is the generic "authority chair" voice: right register, right formats, no personality.

The installed version is different: it learns your exact vocabulary, your stories, your bans ("never let me say synergy"), and it runs from a 90-second voice note on your drive home, every week, without you sitting down to write. Your only job becomes two taps of approval over morning coffee.

The $497 Board Density Leak Audit

A line-by-line breakdown of your LinkedIn presence, your Local CEO Coverage Score (how many qualified $5M–$40M CEOs in your territory you've never touched), and your Friction Index. Credited in full against The Private Room Protocol install.
